Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of EVnOdds (“EVnOdds,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), operated by EVnOdds LLC, including evnodds.com, app.evnodds.com, and our mobile applications (together, the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Nature of the Service

EVnOdds is an informational sports data and analytics product. We aggregate odds, statistics, schedules, and related information for personal research and entertainment. EVnOdds is not a sportsbook, betting platform, financial advisor, or professional handicapping service. We do not accept wagers or process gambling transactions.

3. No betting, financial, or professional advice

Nothing on EVnOdds constitutes betting advice, investment advice, or a recommendation to place any wager or financial transaction. Projections, models, signals, and analytics are informational only. You are solely responsible for your decisions and any outcomes.

4. No guarantee of outcomes

Past performance, models, and projections do not guarantee future results. Sports outcomes are inherently uncertain. We do not warrant that any information on the Service is accurate, complete, or timely.

5. Third-party data

The Service relies on third-party data sources. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of third-party data. Your use of third-party sites linked from the Service is governed by those sites’ own terms and policies.

6. Trademarks and third-party marks

EVnOdds is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any sportsbook, DFS operator, league, team, or ESPN.

All team names, league names, operator names, and logos displayed in the Service are trademarks of their respective owners, used for identification purposes only. Reference to any third-party product, service, or organization does not imply endorsement.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• scrape, resell, reverse-engineer, or redistribute EVnOdds data or software except as expressly permitted;
• use the Service for unlawful purposes or to harass others;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems;
• interfere with or disrupt the Service or other users’ access.

8. Accounts and subscriptions

You must provide accurate account information, including a valid phone number, and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Subscription fees, billing periods, and cancellation are handled through Stripe; see Settings for billing management. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

9. Responsible gambling

If you choose to gamble, do so responsibly and only where legal. If you or someone you know has a gambling problem, call 1-800-GAMBLER.

10. Age requirement

The Service is intended for adults aged 21 and over. By using EVnOdds, you represent that you meet this requirement and that sports betting is legal in your jurisdiction if you use the Service in connection with wagering decisions.

11. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EVnOdds AND ITS OPERATORS DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AND SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. If changes are material, we will notify you through the Service or by email before they take effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
