Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

EVnOdds (“EVnOdds,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is operated by EVnOdds LLC. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you use evnodds.com, app.evnodds.com, and our mobile applications (together, the “Service”), how we use it, and the choices you have. EVnOdds LLC is a Nebraska limited liability company.

EVnOdds is an informational sports data and analytics product. We are not a sportsbook, we do not accept wagers, and we do not process gambling transactions.

2. Information we collect

Information you give us

• Account information: your email address, first name, and phone number. We store your password only as a salted cryptographic hash — we cannot read your password.
• Marketing preferences: whether you have opted in to receive marketing and product-update emails. You can opt out at any time.
• Waitlist information: if you request early access, your name, email address, and any social handle you choose to provide.
• EV Agent conversations: the questions you ask our EV Agent and the responses it returns.
• Communications: anything you send us by email.

Information we collect automatically

• Session and device information: an authentication token, your IP address, and your browser’s user agent string, recorded when you sign in.
• Usage information: your saved preferences and settings within the Service.
• Attribution information: the referring URL (if your browser sends one) and any campaign parameters in the link you used to reach us (for example utm_source or utm_campaign), recorded on your first visit so we can understand how people discover EVnOdds.
• Agreement records: the date, version, and IP address associated with your acceptance of our Terms of Service.

Information from payment processing

• Subscription information: your plan, subscription status, billing period, and the identifiers Stripe assigns to you.
• Card fingerprint: a non-reversible identifier Stripe derives from your payment method, which we use to prevent repeated redemption of promotional trials.

Referral information

• If you sign up using a referral code, we record which affiliate referred you so we can apply your promotional trial and calculate what that affiliate has earned.

3. How we use your information

We use personal information to:

• create and maintain your account and authenticate you;
• contact you about your account, including for security, verification, and support, by email or phone;
• send you marketing and product-update emails, but only if you have opted in; you can opt out at any time;
• provide the Service, including the boards, optimizer, and EV Agent;
• process subscriptions, trials, and referral credits through Stripe;
• prevent fraud and abuse, including detecting repeated redemption of free trials;
• respond to your support requests;
• keep records of agreement acceptance; and
• comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own advertising purposes.

4. Who we share information with

• Stripe, Inc. — payment processing and subscription management. Stripe’s handling of your payment information is governed by Stripe’s own privacy policy.
• Amazon Web Services — hosting and data storage in the United States (US East, Ohio).
• Our AI provider — when you use the EV Agent, your question and the relevant sports data context are sent to a third-party large language model provider (currently Google) to generate a response. Do not include sensitive personal information in EV Agent conversations.
• Microsoft Corporation — we use Microsoft Clarity to understand how people use the web app. Clarity records your interactions with our pages, including clicks, scrolling, and mouse movement, and reconstructs them as session replays and heatmaps. Microsoft processes this information under its own privacy terms and may use it in accordance with those terms.
• Legal and safety — we may disclose information where required by law, to enforce our agreements, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of EVnOdds or others.
• Business transfers — if EVnOdds is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

5. Cookies and tracking

Essential cookies

We use a single session cookie to keep you signed in. It is strictly necessary for the Service to function and is not used for advertising. Our mobile applications use an equivalent token instead of a cookie.

Analytics and session replay

We use Microsoft Clarity in our web application to understand how people actually use the product — which features get used, where people get stuck, and what breaks. Clarity sets its own cookies and records your interactions with our pages, including clicks, scrolling, mouse movement, and the pages you visit, and reconstructs them into session replays and heatmaps that we review in aggregate. Clarity is configured to mask text input so that what you type is not captured in these recordings.

Clarity is provided by Microsoft, and the information it collects is processed by Microsoft in accordance with the Microsoft Privacy Statement. Clarity does not run on our marketing site, only in the signed-in web application.

Advertising

We do not use advertising pixels or trackers, and we do not use your information to target ads. If that changes, we will update this policy and, where required, obtain your consent first.

Do Not Track

Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” or Global Privacy Control signal. Where we are legally required to honor such a signal, we do.

6. How long we keep information

We keep your account information for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete your account information and associated sessions, conversations, and preferences. We may retain limited records — including billing and agreement-acceptance records — where we are required to do so for tax, accounting, or legal purposes.

7. Your choices and rights

You can:

• Access and update your account information in Settings;
• Delete your account from within the Service, which removes your personal information as described above;
• Manage your subscription — including cancelling — through the Stripe billing portal linked in Settings;
• Ask us anything about your data by emailing gabriel@evnodds.com.

Depending on where you live — including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Nebraska, Utah, and Virginia — you may have additional rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of your personal information, and to appeal a decision we make about such a request. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we do not discriminate against you for exercising these rights. To make a request, email gabriel@evnodds.com. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.

8. Security

We protect your information with encryption in transit, hashed password storage, and access controls on our infrastructure. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Age requirement

The Service is intended for adults aged 21 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 21. If we learn we have collected such information, we will delete it. If you believe a minor has provided us information, email gabriel@evnodds.com.

10. Where your information is processed

We operate in the United States, and your information is stored and processed there. If you access the Service from outside the United States, you understand your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those in your country.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. If the changes are material, we will notify you through the Service or by email before they take effect.
